Limited-Edition Hinamatsuri Bento to Debut on February 27
We are delighted to introduce the Hinamatsuri Bento, available exclusively for lunch service at THE GALLERY by odo, starting Thursday, February 27th through the end of March.
Hinamatsuri, also known as Doll's Festival or Girl's Day, is a cherished tradition in Japan, celebrated on March 3rd. It’s a time to honor growth, happiness, and good fortune, particularly for young girls. While we honor the tradition, we also celebrate inclusivity—our Hinamatsuri Bento is designed for everyone, inviting all to enjoy this elegant occasion, regardless of gender.
This special bento includes beautifully crafted seasonal ingredients, with Temari Sushi expertly designed by Chef Hiroki Odo, adding a vibrant touch to the celebration. Join us in celebrating being who you are with us this season!
