It’s The Season of Cherry Blossom - Sakura Bento to Debut on April 2nd

Spring has finally arrived in New York City.

In Japan, this season is celebrated with the Sakura, or cherry blossoms, which symbolize renewal and the fleeting beauty of life. The blossoms last only a week or two, making this time especially precious. Each year, people gather under the blooming trees for Hanami (花見), a tradition where they enjoy food and drinks while celebrating the ephemeral beauty of the flowers.

To honor this season, Chef Hiroki Odo has created the Sakura Bento, bringing the essence of spring to your table with the freshest seasonal ingredients—bamboo shoots, asparagus, and even a delicate cherry blossom branch.

Available exclusively for LUNCH starting Wednesday, April 2nd, for a limited time, this bento highlights the finest seasonal ingredients, capturing the essence of spring with every bite.

We hope you stop by and taste the season of Sakura at THE GALLERY by odo.
